What do I need to send?

Your logo, three to ten photos or short phone clips, the offer (what, how much, until when) and the date you want to start posting.

Where can I use the videos?

Anywhere you advertise: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, your website or blog, email newsletters and screens in your shop.

How can I use the email graphics?

You get image and GIF files sized for email. Upload them into your email tool (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact and similar) and link them to your offer, or use them on your website and social posts. We make the graphics only. We don't send emails, build your list or write your whole newsletter.

Do the videos have to be short?

No. Most promos work best at 15 to 30 seconds, but videos can run from a 6-second hit to a full minute.

Do you need to film anything?

No. Videos are made from your photos, clips and logo. Footage from your phone works well.

How fast is it?

Three business days for a first cut. If you need it sooner, choose the 48-hour rush.

Can I keep using the video?

Yes. Once it's paid for, it's yours to post anywhere, as often as you like.
